After a VERY successful wedding weekend I am so much less stressed out about work and life in general.  I knew that I had a mountain to climb this weekend and between my hard work prior to the event and the help from my wonderful team I couldn't have asked for a better result.

Sanchez Wedding-  This wedding was unique and difficult because we were preparing a wedding on a landing next to the Guadalupe River and then flipping it to a reception site within an hour.  The challenges that we had to overcome could fill up a ten page list.  But at the end of the day, the ladies I count on to assist me really came through in a big way.  I am so impressed by the level of professionalism that they both bring to the table.  My bride was so happy with the result and I could just tell that everyone was having a wonderful time, the DJ (DJ Greenbelt) rocked, the entire staff was dancing the entire night!!  We loved it and we had a great time.

Talacka Wedding- Talk about a complete 180 from the night before, not in success but in vibe.  It was a totally relaxed very laid back environment with some of the nicest people you could ever imagine.  Not to mention it was really close to home and ended quite early.  The only issue we had all day was actually the young lady that I hired to be there.  She seemed to not want to be there at all and complained about every aspect of the day.  Not only did I not want to hear it, if I physically had a choice that day I would have sent her home.  I don't really have her lined up for any other events, so unless I am in a very sticky situation I don't intend to use her again.  What's really sad is that I kind of saw it coming, I just thought maybe she loved this kind of work so much that she would be different when she worked with me.  I tried, it didn't work out.  At least I know.  Either way my lovely bride and groom were happy campers.

All in all, I am pretty excited about making it through and with such an incredible result I feel like I have just really accomplished something special.  One happy momma here.  🙂
