On October 30th, 2015, a team of talented and professional event designers came together to execute an elegant wedding for Brianna and Nate. Fighting a battle with Mother Nature during the second 500-year flood in Central Texas, all of the attending vendors came together to do what we do best, produce a flawless event! Our Clearly Classy Events team and fantastic vendors bypassed tremendous obstacles and overcame many hurdles to produce a dream wedding for the deserving couple!

Maybe love is like rain. Sometimes gentle, sometimes torrential, flooding, eroding, joyful, steady, filling the earth, collecting in underground springs. When it rains, when we love, life grows.

The wedding party arrived at the beautiful Camp Lucy venue surrounded by gorgeous natural landscapes and looking stunning in their hair and makeup by Lola Beauty. The bride arrived in a simple white robe with lace details and her bridesmaids wore adorable matching dark blue robes and flip flops to begin their exciting day. Despite the cloudy skies and impending rain, the wedding party was all smiles as they prepared for the ceremony. Nothing would stop the day from being perfect!

As the members of the wedding party finished putting the final touches on their wedding day looks, posing for photos, and laughing with excitement, guests began to filter into Ian's Chapel to await the start of the ceremony. Outside the chapel, a guestbook sat on an elegant mirrored table for the bride and groom's loved ones to sign their well wishes. Guests adorned in their wedding best, mingled and chatted excitedly before taking a seat inside.

With umbrellas in hand, the wedding party made their way into the venue filled with friends and family. The bride carried a gorgeous white hand-tied bouquet by Whim Florals as she walked down the aisle, all eyes on her. Any tears that day were shed only from blissful happiness. Inside, lights beautifully illuminated the rustic interior with exposed wood beams, and stone and brick archways, an enchanting backdrop to the joyous bride and groom. The wedding party was nothing short of picture perfect in their coordinated midnight blue suits and simple pale taupe dresses, gazing happily at the bride and groom as they exchanged their vows of a beautiful future together.

Following the ceremony, the couple left a cheering audience and celebrated their marriage by ringing the chapel bell. They then headed to photograph a few more wedding moments before joining their guests at the reception. Back in the empty chapel, the couple was able to share a few quiet moments together in the midst of the wedding day excitement. Their love for each other was glowing as they posed among flickering candles and around the picturesque chapel.

The rustic feel of the chapel with the exposed beams, woodwork, and vaulted ceiling carried into the reception hall expertly decorated with accents of gold and navy. Each table featured tall vases of delicate white flowers surround by twinkling tea candles. The newlyweds shared their first dance surrounded by close friends and family, and Greenbelt DJ kept the energy flowing with lively musical entertainment.

Even the cake by Better Bites Bakery was beautifully decorated with both metallic and glitter gold accents! Displayed among other sweet snacks, framed photos, and coordinating candles, the cake was topped with "Happily Ever After," resting on an ornate gold cake stand. The marrying of the elegant and whimsical styles fit the couple and their special day perfectly. Throughout the rest of the evening, guests enjoyed a s'mores station and sweet treats catered by Whim Catering, and plenty of dancing to celebrate the couple's special day.
