How is it that my job is so much fun?  It isn't always fun, but this Saturday was a blast.  Everything went really smoothly, we only had some very minor hiccups with the wind blowing over some cocktail tables and the bar needing to get set up in a record amount of time....One of my interns, Kate, was working with me this weekend and she is showing great improvement over previous events.  The bride was Jenni, she was a little bit older then some of the brides we deal with and she was very laid back and seemingly stress free, I like to think we had something to do with that.  Matt, the groom was such a fun guy, most grooms aren't big fans of me, because I am the lady that stops them from partying to take care of protocol.  Not Matt, he was eager to participate and never once complained when he saw me coming around the corner to get him.  All of the guests were so gracious and fun to deal with and it really made for an enjoyable evening.  I did have a photographer try to dictate when the toasts were going to be done, I don't think he realized who he was dealing with.  🙂  Needless to say we did the toasts when they needed to be done.  I have a couple of pictures, but they are just the ones that I took on my camera and my phone, I may have some better ones later, but this is all I have for you now.  After Easter we will be doing wedding after wedding, I hope to share with you all of the good, bad and ugly from the upcoming season!!
