Club Ben | Clearly Classy Events

Turning 18 is a big deal for any teenager. It is the age that finally designates adulthood and calls for a birthday party unlike the rest. For his special 18th birthday, Ben wanted to host the coolest party in the club for his friends, and that he did! The Sunset Villa at The Oasis on Lake Travis was completely transformed to "Club Ben" for the night. This was one 18th birthday party even Clearly Classy Events won't forget!!

Guests came to Eat, Dance, Rave with Ben! The Oasis took care of providing the eats with assorted hors d'oeuvres and desserts fit for a king!

The club vibe was created by covering the Sunset Villa Room in floor to ceiling black draping by Strong Events. Strong also provided the club furniture including a light bar, color-changing side and cocktail tables, and the white lounge furniture to flank the dance floor.

Ben was all smiles as he previewed the "club" area and we snagged some fancy pictures!

As Ben's friends arrived to the cocktail hour, there were snacks and refreshments for the guests to enjoy while waiting for Ben's grand entrance. There were even monogrammed BEN napkins and menus designed by The Inviting Pear!

The Oasis provided all the food for the night. The menu consisted of a variety of options, from assorted meats and cheeses, to southwest egg rolls! Yum!

During Ben's grand entrance, friends greeted him with hugs and cheers. It was time to start the party!

After dancing and mocktails, it was time to sing Happy Birthday! The cake and cookies from Sweet Treets Bakery were the center of attention, highlighted by ILIOS Lighting and some sparklers!

The DJ, DC Productions, turned the room into a real club by playing Ben's favorite jams to get the dance floor hoppin'!!Last minute snaps before it was time to say goodnight....
