Quite the hectic week, our final April wedding promised great headaches with pending rainfall.  With a bride and groom living out of state I was the contact for all that was good and bad news for the upcoming event.  We had to make some major adjustments to "cover" ourselves for the 60% chance of rain that we had coming.  My bride was less than thrilled, for the one thing she hadn't imagined her wedding with a tent over it!  I hated to break the bad news to her, but I knew what had to be done.  I held off till the very last possible moment to make this decision, almost to my detriment, it was very difficult to get my hands on two tents of this size Thursday before the wedding.

After it was all said and done the wedding turned out absolutely gorgeous, the rain held off for her ceremony and it wasn't until everyone's rears hit the seats of the chairs that it began to pour.  And pour it did....The lightning show was brilliant and everything outside of the party was soaked, including the caterer and her staff!!!

It was a great party, and I have only written about it now because I wanted to share the photographers pictures and I have waited and waited and I still haven't received a sneak to share with you....so I have the pictures off of my camera, which quite frankly don't do the space justice, but it's better than nothing.
