What better location to say “I Do!” than right in front of a beautiful river? This intimate ceremony was definitely one to remember!
From the first to the last dance, everyone was on their feet thanks to D&C Entertainment.
Throughout the reception, the bride and groom made sure to show off their fun personalities and interests! Instead of a traditional guest book the guests signed a custom made hockey jersey and were asked to “leaf” their words of wisdom for the newlyweds.
The delicious buffet was provided by Cooking it Up with the Carles. Loving the centerpieces? They were handmade by the bride herself using dye and coffee filters!
This dessert bar was heavenly to anyone with a sweet tooth! Blue Note Bakery did an amazing job with both of the cakes!
Nicole and Joshua ended the night with sparklers that shine almost as much as their love! Congratulations! We wish you both the absolute best!

STEMS really did an amazing job with all of the arrangements!
The combination of corals, oranges, and whites worked so well inside and out.
Walking into the reception you just had to take a moment to soak in the beautiful lighting and ambiance created by Ilios Lighting.
Uplighting, pin spots and a personalized gobo were used in a gorgeous amber color.
The catering and cake were both conveniently done by the Four Seasons.
We love how they carried the same elegant look to the cake.
The Matchmaker Band played a selection of classics and party music so the guests could dance the night away at the reception. They always know how to party!!
Maia and Dan departed their wedding in a classic Chevy that had been in the family for many years after being showered with flower petals by their friends and family.
The Grooms Cake was inspired by this family jewel!!

Pink Avocado did it again with their amazing appetizers and delicious entrees for dinner. The menu alone sounds heavenly!
Walking into the reception area was a breathtaking experience. D&H Lighting provided the perfect elegance and Bouquets of Austin added such an amazing touch with each different arrangement. Our absolute favorite had to be the branches. What unique floral displays do you think will be coming up in 2014? If it’s anything like this – we will be in love!
After dinner, Look No Further Entertainment immediately had everyone out on the dance floor having a great time! Aren’t you sad you missed this party?
Cupid Shuffle or YMCA? Either way you definitely wanted to be a part of this crazy bunch!
Sugar Mama’s Bakeshop not only aced the cake, but added their tasty cupcakes too! Why not have a mix of both? From the Groom’s Texas A&M selection of “Redass Red Velvet” to the Wedding Choice of “Malt Shop, Strawberry Love, & Wedding Cake,” there was enough to please everyone!
And yes, we know this couple is yet again adorable!
A bride has to have her best girls by her side. We couldn’t get enough of this fun group of gals!
To ride out this holiday wedding officially in-style, Megan & Jon provided Christmas ornaments as gifts to each guest.
And as the big guy in the jolly red suit always says “Merry Christmas to all – and to all a good night!” as they ran through the line of sparklers and did a classic end-of-the-night kiss!

Saying “I Do!” – What do y’all think of this gorgeous scenery? Under a huge oak tree and with the lake as their back drop you could not have asked for a more picturesque setting!
As the sun went down, the party really started! World Audio & Lights lit up the night with their amazing chandeliers and light drops!
Isn’t this adorable, its a half grooms cake half wedding cake! So much fun!

This silly couple was married in a sweet ceremony at the French Legation Museum in Austin, TX.
Walter and Sarah were married on April 27th of this year in a sweet and simple ceremony.

All of the details in the wedding were very sweet and subtle, yet very elegant. We loved that this couple really took the time to bring in their own style and tastes.
The wedding was held outdoors at the French Legation Museum. The weather stayed dry all through the ceremony!
The rain at the end of their joyous day could not keep their spirits down and could only bring them luck! It was a beautiful day for a beautiful couple. Clearly Classy wishes them many years of love and happiness together.
Thomas and Audrey were married on August 3, 2013 at St. Albert the Great Catholic Church. This church is stunning! It was a small and lovely ceremony for the sweet couple.

Crave Catering prepared delicious foods for the guests. Some of the dishes were things like mini tuna towers, southwest ceviche, spicy lime fried chicken bites, and pork belly bohn mi sliders. Mmmmmm
The DJ got everyone dancing and on their feet!
Besides the dancing, there were things like Bobalu Cigar Co. wrapping cigars, a balloon artist making totally adult balloon art, a Quick Draw photobooth, a numerologist predicting everyone’s amazing future, delicious adult snowcones, life-size Jenga from Yardtastic, and and don’t even think we left out the queens, Kelly Kline and her crew rocked it out!!!
This group sure knows how to party and we love setting the stage for them to have a blast! We look forward to working with them on their fabulous events in the future!
Brides can’t do it on their own wedding day!
As much as a bride plans her wedding and would like to believe that they can execute the day of their wedding it’s impossible. She can only be at one place at one time and getting her hair and make-up done and sipping champagne with her bridesmaids is her work that day!!
Do you really want your family working on the day of your wedding?
If you can’t do it then guess what? It will end up being your family, your aunts, uncles, cousins and/or your mom! It’s best to hire a professional to handle the final details so that your family can relax and enjoy the festivities!
Do you really want to be troubleshooting or solving problems on the day of your wedding?
It’s no secret that best laid plans typically have issues. No matter how many times you go over the timeline or ask all of the questions you can possibly think of something WILL go wrong. Do you really want to be the person to have to handle all of that? Leave it to the professionals! The people that do this every weekend know how to handle it and if they are any good will handle it without you even finding out!
Because the venue manager, photographer and DJ are NOT coordinators!
It happens all of the time, venue managers, photographers and DJs end up running the show. But is this really their job? No! The venue manager is there to make sure everyone is comfortable in their venue, i.e. lighting, air conditioning, clean restrooms etc. Photographers are there to capture your EVERY precious moment, but if they are busy herding people or making sure you have your cake knives for the cake ceremony they might miss something! DJs are there to entertain your guests, make sure that the music is seamless, not check on the buffet so that they can announce it to the guests! This all falls under the role of your wedding coordinator! The person that is there for you! There for the timing and there to make sure your guests know where to be when!
Because you are crazy if you think the venue manager is going to sew up your dress if it needs it!!
Venue managers are UH-mazing and we love working with them! But it is not their job to sew up your dress if it tears, or help your groomsmen find black socks if he forgot them or make sure the shuttle arrives on time! Many folks think just because their venue comes with a day of coordinator that they are all set, but it is simply not the case. The venue managers are there to make sure all of their equipment is working properly and that everyone is comfortable in their space, do not rely on them to pull off miracles on the day of your wedding. It is just not their job.
Because every Bride deserves it.
The cost of a “Day of Coordinator” or really a “Month of” is so minimal compared to the value they offer the entire last month of your wedding that really after all of the planning and money spent on this special day you deserve it. Your mother deserves it. Invest in the final stage of your wedding and make sure you have a pro on-site to be there for you and your family. Do your homework to find the coordinator that is the right fit for you and is a true professional and once your hire them have faith that they know what they are doing and will make sure that everything goes off without a hitch! Or well ONE hitch!
Happy planning and best of luck! Lots of love, The Clearly Classy Team
